Penny Russo is the Manager of Administration.  This would include all accounting procedures, A/R, A/P and all Human Resource functions.  She joined the Klass team in 2000.  Penny was the Vice President of Operations for Hydraulic Cylinder Service for 23 years and the Controller for Fluid Power Service for 2 years. Penny has her Associates degree from North Georgia College in English and continued her studies in Business at Erie Community College.  In her position, she mostly enjoys the interaction with many people. 

Penny is at home with her husband Joe of 30 years. She has two children, Joe & Diane and five grandchildren.  In her spare time she enjoys boating on their 36ft. Grand Banks Trawler. Penny is active along side her husband at the Buffalo Yacht Club and also enjoys cooking and nutrition.
