Kathie Sempert is the Customer Service Representative for Western Pennsylvania and New York.  She joined Klass Ingredients in 2003.  Kathie enjoys the interaction with her fellow employees, customers and principles most about this job. “There is never a dull moment in the Klass Ingredients office!”

Kathie is at home in West Seneca, NY with her husband of 39 years.  She has four children and four grandchildren.  In her spare time, Kathie enjoys doing cross stitch, baking, reading and being with her family.
